Return/Refund Policy
We do not offer any returns or refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation before you leave the salon.
SHIPPING | DIVINE STYLES, LLC®
USA & CANADA SHIPPING
Divine Styles, LLC® ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada and our warehouse(s) locations across the world. Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 3 - 5 business days of processing. Most orders placed before 2:00pm PST Monday through Friday will ship earliest. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST, on weekends, or US Holidays will be shipped within the given processing time frame. Weekend orders include Friday after 2:00pm EST.
Please note: Most Standard Shipping orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) in the U.S. and Canada Post in Canada. In some cases, heavy packages will be shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS). The shipping confirmation email will indicate the postal carrier along with the tracking number.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has shipped. If you haven't received it past the order processing time frame, please contact us immediately. Registered customers may log in to your account and view your order status. It may take up to a few days after shipping for the tracking information to be updated.
MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER
Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Note that it may not be possible once the order has been shipped and thus a return might have to be in effect should the request follow on.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Additional shipping charges may be added to the shipping cost for each oversized item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the product details and will also appear at checkout.
DELAYS
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 5 days of processing. The actual ship date depends on final approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment. Unique Apparel cannot control the status of your shipment after the package leaves our warehouse, such as severe weather or other circumstances.
Please note that inconsistencies in your order may possibly delay your order, such as differing billing and shipping addresses. Please enter a valid phone number and email address where you can be reached to avoid delays. Any order placed without accurate customer information, will require verification from us, which we will request through email, otherwise they may be canceled.
